What’s Involved
At your consultation we carefully assess the skin, muscle and fat around your eyes to design a treatment plan suited to you. This may involve upper eyelid surgery, lower eyelid surgery, or a combination of both.
Upper eyelid surgery uses a discreet incision within the natural crease of the lid to remove excess skin and, where needed, a small amount of fat. Lower eyelid surgery addresses puffiness and loose skin through an incision placed close to the lash line.
Blepharoplasty offers long-lasting results and can rejuvenate the upper face by tightening the skin around the eyes and softening a tired appearance.
Where appropriate, your surgeon may suggest additional refinements such as fat repositioning to the tear trough to restore lost volume and smooth the transition to the cheek.
